Arbonne Seven Day Cleanse: Days Four, Five and Six

It’s official: I have ONE day left on my cleanse. Five things I’ve learned:

1. Seven days on a toxin cleanse is not as hard as it sounds. I thought I was going to be really pushing for this to be over by this point. In reality, I will probably do this cleanse every couple of months – my body is really feeling great!

2. Drinking lots of water is a really good thing. It supplements the cleanse, yes. But throughout all of this, I found out that a friend of mine – who has absolutely perfect skin – drinks 100 ounces of water a day. ONE HUNDRED OUNCES. And while I don’t think it’s realistic for me to shoot for the moon, I’d be happy with 64 ounces of water a day. Which would be the recommended eight glasses – which I definitely don’t do now. I think my skin…and my organs…will thank me in the long run.

4. I really like Pomegranate Fizz Sticks. And I think I will keep using them in my water after the cleanse is dunzo.

5. I’m not craving sweets nearly as bad as I was pre-cleanse. I even got a cookie at work today and couldn’t eat the whole thing. That’s a FIRST. Seriously.

Bottom line: I have one more day on this cleanse. So things could go utterly and terribly in the wrong direction. But in all likelihood…this cleanse is a winner. And a keeper. And I’m definitely doing it again.
